Na podlagi prvega odstavka 11. člena in petega odstavka 13. člena Zakona o integriteti in preprečevanju korupcije (Uradni list RS, št. 69/11 – uradno prečiščeno besedilo; v nadaljevanju: ZIntPK) je senat Komisije za preprečevanje korupcije
Ljubljana, 16. julija 2018 – Zakon o integriteti in preprečevanju korupcije (ZIntPK) kot eno izmed ključnih nalog komisije za namen uresničevanja zakona v 4. odstavku 2. člena opredeljuje določitev pogojev za opravljanje dejavnosti lobiranja pri delovanju javnega sektorja ter zagotavljanje transparentnosti lobiranja na način, ki bo podpiral dobre, omejeval in kaznoval pa neetične prakse lobiranja.
