What is integrity?<\/h2>\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Integrity is to be comprehensive, compliant, genuine, honest, and veritable.<\/p>\n

A person of integrity is a person who says what they think and do what they say in compliance with moral norms and applicable law. A society with integrity is a society composed of persons of integrity.<\/p>\n

An organisation with integrity is an organisation employing people with integrity and operating in compliance with ethical norms recorded in codes of ethics of the organisations, and applicable law.<\/p>\n

The mechanism for determining the degree of integrity and the tool for strengthening the integrity of a particular organisation is the Integrity Plan.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

A society with integrity has a well-established system for detecting violations. If violations occur, they are not only quickly detected but also suitably sanctioned according to the established mechanisms. In this way, the society and the State operate fully in accordance with moral and legal principles and thus grant all the rights and security both to individuals and the organisations operating within it. If the system of violation detection is not functional within a society, violations spread without being suitably addressed by the society. Once the society finally detects them, the cost of their enforcement is much higher than it would have been had the violations been detected and sanctioned in time.<\/p>\n

An organisation with integrity enjoys the trust of the environment as its operations are transparent and in accordance with its mission statement, which reflects the ethics and legal norms of a society. In this way, the organisation wins the loyalty of the employees and clients, and earns the trust of the community.<\/p>\n

The life of a person with integrity is easier as they always make decisions using the same standards. They live and operate according to moral and legal norms. As such, they enjoy respect and esteem within the community.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
