hidden=\"hidden\"><h3>CONVENTIONS<\/h3><p>Worldwide the regional conventions on corruption were the first that were\u00a0adopted, especially in Europe. These have recently increasingly been\u00a0accompanied by global legal acts. First worth mentioning among them is the\u00a0United Nations Convention against Corruption.<\/p><ul><li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.uradni-list.si\/glasilo-uradni-list-rs\/vsebina?urlmpid=20011\">Convention on the Suppression of Bribery of Foreign Public Officials in International Business<\/a><\/li><li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.unodc.org\/documents\/treaties\/UNCAC\/Publications\/Convention\/08-50026_E.pdf\">United Nations Convention against Corruption<\/a><\/li><li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.unodc.org\/documents\/middleeastandnorthafrica\/organised-crime\/UNITED_NATIONS_CONVENTION_AGAINST_TRANSNATIONAL_ORGANIZED_CRIME_AND_THE_PROTOCOLS_THERETO.pdf\">United Nations Convention against Transnational Organized Crime<\/a><\/li><li><a href=\"https:\/\/eur-lex.europa.eu\/legal-content\/EN\/ALL\/?uri=CELEX%3A41997A0625%2801%29\">Convention drawn up on the basis of Article K.3 (2) (c) of the Treaty on European Union on the fight against corruption involving officials of the European Communities or officials of Member States of the European Union<\/a><\/li><li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.coe.int\/en\/web\/conventions\/full-list\/-\/conventions\/rms\/090000168007f3f5\">Criminal Law Convention on Corruption<\/a><\/li><li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.coe.int\/en\/web\/conventions\/full-list\/-\/conventions\/rms\/090000168008370e\">Additional Protocol to the Criminal Law Convention on Corruption<\/a><\/li><li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.coe.int\/en\/web\/conventions\/full-list\/-\/conventions\/rms\/090000168007f3f6\">Civil Law Convention on Corruption<\/a><\/li><\/ul><h3>Other<\/h3><p>The field of corruption is in various ways defined also by a number of other international acts some of which explicitly refer to the Republic of Slovenia while others, which are not mandatory (and therefore not yet translated), represent only optional guidelines for countries to prevent and combat corruption.
